Stage 1 : Visit your home to conduct indept survey

We begin with a detailed home survey to understand your space, your preferences, and your vision. This allows us to design a tailored solution that suits your style and heating needs.
Stage 2 : Attend your home on agreed date to start knockout
Preparation & Knockout
Once your installation is booked, we return on the agreed date to begin work. This starts with chimney preparation or knockout, readying the space for safe and compliant installation.
Stage 3: install liner, hearth, chamber and beam or surround
Installation of Core Components
We fit your bespoke hearth, prepare the chamber, and install the flue liner and external cowl – all to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Stage 4: install and connect log burner
Finally, we install the beam, brick slips or tiles, and your chosen stove. The appliance is then commissioned, fully tested, and handed over with a comprehensive demonstration and HETAS certification.
